Jesus.

This is a public expression of gratitude for having carried me through one of the darkest seasons of my life.

Every day I try to become a better man than I was yesterday. I know that effort alone does not erase my failures, but this message is something I have felt called to share for a long time.

As Christmas approaches, the world often gets swept up in lights, gifts and noise, and forgets what this day truly marks.

Christmas is not about Santa or decorations. Christmas is the celebration of the moment Hope entered the world. It is the birth of Jesus Christ, the Saviour who changed everything.

It amazes me how many people who do not believe still celebrate this day.
Despite all attempts to distract from its meaning, in culture and entertainment and through the voices of influence, the name above all names endures. The King of Kings is not forgotten.

Jesus, thank you for saving me.

Thank you for my daughter, my wife, my parents, my brother, my nephews, my godchildren and my friends.

Thank you for the privilege of sharing life with them, and for the privilege of them sharing life with me.

Thank you for every moment, every breath, every day.

Thank you for my health and my work, and for hearing me when I call.

Thank you for everything.

With all my heart,

Renato

Merry Christmas, and God bless you all.
